Company DNS Development began construction of the countryside village "New De-Fries" in an ecologically clean place in Nadezhdinsky district of Primorsky Krai, designed for 1,100 people. The country village is located in an ecologically clean place on the De-Fries peninsula. Convenient transport links - just 20 minutes to Vladivostok, 15 minutes to the city of Artem and the airport.

The village is well located - surrounded by a forest, with beautiful ecology and a temperate climate (there are no industrial enterprises near by), near the village there is an outlet to the sea (100 m.).

On the territory of 18 hectares it is planned to build more than 145 houses of four types: townhouses (3 types), duplexes, one-storey and two-storey cottages (5 types).

The construction of houses will be carried out in a one architectural style, in accordance with all norms, which will create the architectural integrity of the village. In addition, to each house will already be communicated - electricity, centralized water supply and sewerage networks.

The technology of building houses - frame-panel with the use of SIP-panels, is an excellent solution for house building. This technology exists since 1950, is actively used in construction both in Russia and abroad, constantly improving. DNS Development is launching its own production of SIP-panels based on the private industrial park Aviapolis Jankowski, which will allow maintaining a high level of quality of the basic building structures of the house and a high rate of construction of the village.
