The project site is under development.

Residential complex "Format" will be located in the village of Winter South in Nadezhdinsky district (Ozernaya street).

From the residential complex to the city (East dawn) just 15 minutes to the train station St. state farm 9 minutes (2.5 km.).
Total will be built:
Residential premises – 54 000 sq. m.
Commercial premises – 8 600 sq. m.

The LCD "Format" provides construction:

• 11 apartment complexes of variable height from 2 to 4 floors;
• one residential complex of variable height from 4 to 5 floors with commercial premises on the 1st floor;
• two-storey shopping center;
• 1050 Parking spaces in the local areas.

Residential neighborhoods will be provided with adjoining grounds beautification: Playground and children's recreation, for exercise, for relaxation.

It is planned to build a kindergarten for 190 seats and a school for 450 seats.

Full district shopping center with the necessary infrastructure: supermarket, pharmacy, office management company, fintes center, cafes, shopping pavilions, etc.
